RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

COVID-19 NOTICE: For your safety and the safety of our employees, we are not accepting returns at this time. Our Refund policy is solid. Just in case you are dissatisfied your purchase we have a straightforward refund policy in place to build your trust and reassure you that you can buy with confidence.

USPS DELAYS: The US Postal system is currently experencing some extreme delays in delivering packages. These delays are out of our control. Be aware that if you select Regular Ground Delivery, either free or paid, we will be sending your package using the US Postal System. This means that after your package is shipped, tracking may show that your package has not moved for some time. It is not unusual to hear of packages taking 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please prepare to be patient while waiting for your package. For faster, more reliable service we recommend UPS. We are sincerely sorry for this situation, and we hope it is rectified soon.
